CardCaptor Studio's Fanfiction Archive provides its service to you, subject to following Terms of Service, which may be updated from time to time. Registered users will be notified of these changes when they do occur, but CCSFA will not be responsible or liable for the failure to note changes to the agreement. Failure to accept and abide by these terms will lead to the deletion of your account including all writing under your account.

CardCaptor Studio's Fanfiction Archive provides space for writers and readers to post stories, read stories, and review stories related to Cardcaptor, Card Captor Sakura, and Tsubasa Resevoir Chronicle.

Please be aware that some contributions to the Fanfiction Archive contain adult content. Stories that contain mature content will have the appropriate warning before access to the story. It is your responsibility to leave the areas of mature content if the material disturbs you.

In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree to: (a) abide by the rules on this page and those that deal with fanfiction submissions; (b) uphold the locals laws as applicable to your actions when viewing and posting of content to the site; (c) not abuse the privileges of obtaining an account to post unauthorized materials either by copyright or at the discretion of the administrator; and (d) check for updates and update notices of the rules and the Terms Of Service on the main page and other appropriate pages.

You will attain the ability to upload your writing to CardCaptor Studio's Fanfiction Archive after obtain special grant from the administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (i) immediately notify the administrator of any unauthorized use of your password or account by e-mailing the administrator, and (ii) ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session if your computer will be used by others.

You agree that CardCaptor Studio's Fanfiction Archive, may terminate your account and remove and discard any content, for any reason if the administrator believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the terms outlined in the Terms of Service or the submission rules.

CardCaptor Studio's Fanfiction Archive respects the intellectual property of others, and users are required to follow this respect. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, notify the administrator immediately. If copyright infringement has occured, CardCaptor Studio's Fanfiction Archive will respond accordingly and take appropriate actions.

If CardCaptor Studio's Fanfiction Archive discovers that the content you have uploaded and posted to the Archive is a copy of another author's work, the same actions and response will be taken. This may also lead to the termination of your account and removal of content.
